Loving Guidance Preocess
Gentle Reminder
Teachers calmly remind the child of the rule and the expected behavior.
“A gentle answer turns away wrath.” (Proverbs 15:1)
Reflection Time
A short quiet moment for the child to think and pray about their choices.
“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.” (Lamentations 3:40)
Private Restoration
The teacher speaks with the child about their behavior, pray with them, and discuss better choices. Parents will be included when appropriate.
“If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private.” (Matthew 18:15)
